Coco mat help please

Post by mycar »

I`m in the process of making templates to send off to the states.

The passenger footwell poses no problems as I`ve already got a carpet mat there as a pattern, it`s the drivers side (RHS) I`m not sure about.

Does this mat just run up to the pedals or run up behind them and incorporate slits etc?

A photo would be useful.... or just tell me :)

Regards, Mike R.

Getoffit James - Mike's on MY list

Mike - mine runs up behind the pedals and overlaps the little bit of carpet which is attached at the bulkhead, if you have it. In the originals, there is a little T-shaped cutout for the acc pedal, which Jeff managed to replicate in the coco mat pretty well.

I should have done some shots of mine, but the car is kept a few miles from home. Might get it out for tomorrow, since the Volvo is now running slicks at the front, and the rear brake pads have dissolved out of the calipers (not joking - needs a bit of work).

not to worry Jamie :) I know I should have ordered some with your group buy ;)

But if I can get mine posted with Mikes it might save some postage & I can collect them next time I see him :)
