Wanted - unwanted car radio

Post by tanick »

There are probably about a million old redundant car radios kicking around in the UK but I haven't got one. Need some sounds in my new old Land Rover. Has anyone got one taking up space? I don't need CD, graphc equaliser, ipod attachment, sub woofers, etc. Just a FM radio that I can listen to The Archers  on .. What have you???

well I've got a pretty standard Sony head unit and 10 disk changer. It was only £120 brand new. I've hardly used as the car I fitted to I sold within 1 year. Yours for £60 if you like, or is too hi-tech for the Landy?

Nige, I was thinking more about the ones that are sitting in a box somewhere and need to be chucked away but 'they might come in useful' one day. Something in the £0-10 area :drunken:

Nick - I have a bucket of a dozen or so old radios sitting in one of my garages. I'll have a look over the weekend & see if there's anything that might be suitable.
