That's a nice idea, James: final push to Le Mans all together then? :)

Can I start another route and list :)

Glenn75s, MattBlack70 and I are about to book:

Thursday Newhaven-Dieppe - Arrive 12:00
Sunday night in Rouen with everyone else!
Monday Dieppe- Newhaven- 13:30 depart

This ferry is £94 return and seems a good compromise between driving, using too much holiday allowance (by going on Wednesday) and getting there at a decent time.

What time were you planning the Sees meet up? I'm guessing we may be late! 8)

Sailing out on Wednesday night on the "Mont St Michelle" whatever that is. I hope that's the party boat!

Just booked Portsmouth - Caen too

Out Wed night (23.45) ferry on July 9th
Return Monday afternoon (17.15) ferry on July 14th

So far so good , however the camping seems to want to put me in the Karting circuit only.
It says that the white house is fully booked.
What to do? Has anyone upgraded and/or have a spare ticket they want to sell to me?

Mont St. Michelle is a medieval abbey on a tiny island (at high tide) off the coast of Normandy - you should get a good nights sleep

Since the Portsmouth-Caen crossing is now full, I've booked on the equivalent Portsmouth-Le Harvre crossing with Mark on LD lines...
