Soory, can't get any more on the list. Here are the details for booking :
hot66 wrote:For anyone that did not get their name down on my list, all you need to do is book direct with ACO.

details are on the classic Lemans website

You can pre-book the camping.
This is to 'pre-book' tickets. Even with my booking for DDK, ACO are being a bit vague & reluctant to officially confirm until they open the bookings later in teh year

text for booking Maison Blanche

Post by jtparr »

hi all

I've just had this bit of text translated by someone in the office from English to French for booking a space on the Maison Blanche campsite

hopefully its correct  and therefore may be of use to others on this forum

Jp

Dear Sirs

I would like to book a space for the forthcoming Classic LeMans weekend on the Maison Blanche campsite

I will arrive on Thursday July 10th and depart Monday July 14th

I need to be able to pre book a space, and from the table on your website I think it is Band D at a cost of 80 Euros

Please can you let me know how I do this

Can I ring someone and pay by credit card over the phone or is there an on-line booking facility ?

Thank you

Cher Monsieur / Madame

Merci

Sincerement

they speak good english at ACO ;)

I have been told by them that confirmed bookings are not being placed yet, just pre-bookings. Payment will be required when the official bookings open.

I have been told I have a pre-booking for 35 - 37 camping passes.

Could you keep me informed of their response please :)

Dear Steve,

I received your order by fax and everything is fine.
As I told you before on the phone, you won’t receive any news before January/February 2008.

If you need any more information, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Celine, good morning!

Thank you for taking the time to clarify the questions I had early this morning. One booking is fine and we will pay together to keep things simple. We will require six weekend entry tickets, paddock, grandstands and three camping sites. I have faxed a completed order form to you this morning.

As requested could you confirm you have received the fax and all the details are correct?

Kind regards,
Steve

Just to re-assure everyone , here is the email I have just got after chasing up for confirmation of our 37 passes 8) I think this is almost what the French might call a confirmation of a booking

Dear Sir,

We haven’t started to record the booking but you can consider that’s Ok as you book in the firsts.

Hi Folks,
After the great time I had last year I'm not missing this for the world, but I have booked with PCGB through Travel Destinations (URL below), but would love to meet up with you folks over the weekend.
