Looks like a Carrera 2 ...the air boxes look a little big

Actually it is a possibility that 912s and Carrera 2 engines would have been on the assembly line at the same time ...factory special ???

Has it got 2 x coils? it looks like one on either side at the front of the engine?

Yes 2 coils ...heres one in a 356 ...
