Just an idea :)

Do you think fully paid up members should put something in there signature to say they have paid. Maybe this would encourage others to contribute.

Any thoughts?

I've always like to the idea of having a 'member' sig attached to our user names, but if I remember wasn't this discussed before & found the forum software wouldn't support it?

I'd be interested to see how many members have paid up & if the numbers are low how we could encourage more ..... although we don't want to become like the PCGB

We used to have a little icon that appeared under the username once somebody was a member. I'll see if I can bring it back.

Exactly my thoughts.

I just think if you reach 100 posts you have made your self quite comfortable here so should dig out the change down the back of the sofa and send it to DDK :)

Ok, Sept 1st this year see's the clean break - anyone who's joined this year see's their membership starting from this date (I estimate about 40-50)

Renewals - (as of today) I would estimate about the same again - so membership will stand at around 100 only. At it's peak it sat at over 200.

Only one reminder has gone out so it's early days.

Paul's post generated two more subs payments today!

This weekend should see me 100% up to date with admin so I'll have an accurate figure.

I never want to see huge numbers - as long as i can cover costs there or there abouts then all is well - and we have fun of course!

If there is anything you need help with, let me know.
I am a little tied up with getting ready for the new job and moving etc, but I can find time.

Add one more to the list...

You'd have though that with my almost compulsive reading of this forum it wouldn't have taken me so long

Just a thought on this idea of having something in your signature to show you are a member. How about a small image (50pix roundish) of the members sticker posted on to photobucket or similar. You could then send the address to all paid members who could then add it to their signature if they wished. Just and idea :sign7:

Got my membership pack, very pleased, there is a Merc 320CDI estate running about with a DDK sticker on it now!

Re: membership status, why not just include your membership number in your sig.? Thats what they do on Rennlist..

Keep up the good work Bootsy.
