In view of my official status, I booked my room a month or so ago.

I spoke a to a nice girl on reception, and explained that I was after a single room. She paused, put me on hold, and came back saying THE single room was available (in the sort of tone that implied that they would clear out the broom cupboard just for me: you sad git  ).

Still on the plus side, she did say 'I'm sure we can sort you out with someone', so it seems that there is an excellent concierge service available  .

Mmm. She looks like she might even appreciate some tinkling of the ivories (barry's Boesendorfer, not his teeth) instead of needing to shave twice a day.

Hi Ian,

Its your embarassing old colleague from 'Up t'North' wishing both you and Charlotte all the very best on your special day and long into the future.
If only i could find an MFP who truly appreciates Brown 912E's but alas Fudge has 'seen off' two relationships in the time we have been together.

Love me, love my 912E :P

My current love is 6'2" tall, Blonde, beautiful with brains and is from Southern Poland. She is much younger too but as we both know that never scared our mutual friend from Huddersfield did it
Speaking of which i am sure that Mr B would no doubt wish you a long, healthy and wonderful life together but he is currently having a mid-life crisis in China.

I do worry about him at times but then he does own more Porsches than you, Charlotte and I put together.

Keep on taking it 912Easy and remember...............
...You never know what true happiness is until you are married.
......Then it is too late

One question - what time do you want us for the evening arrangements?

The evening kicks off from 7pm - as it's starting to get dark quite early now and we'd like to capture the presence of a number of early Porsche's in daylight, the earlier the better really.

See you all then (Mike excepted).
