Front indicator lenses for '73 911S

Long shot I know, but looking for a pair of OEM Italian spec front indicator lenses. These are 3/4 clear, 1/4 orange, not the same as the more common Euro spec. Also need to be black trimmed, not the earlier chrome.

May also consider OEM Euro spec ones at the right price, as I can easily get those new from several sources.
