914 GT (race) body parts for sale

Post by amallagh »

These are some parts left over from my own GT conversion project -

914 front GT f/g valance (NEW - from GT Racing in the US) - £65 (cost me £110)
914 titanium rolled mesh to make double mesh GT engine lid. (same mesh pattern as original, very lightweight and will never corrode) - SOLD
914 engine lid (absolutely no rust - exceptional condition with all original edge trim parts) - £120
914 front & rear GT f/g bumpers with mounting brackets (NEW) - SOLD
914 Weltmeister 140lb rear springs - NEW in box, never mounted - £85
914 complete Perspex glazing set (rear screen + full door glass - 5 pieces - saves 7.3kg high up in the car)- cut and thermo-moulded to match original glass shapes. Main door windows fit '73-'76 doors. Rear screen and front 1/4 lights are the same on all 914 model years. (Will make pre'73 main door glass if you lend me your original glass to pattern from) - £280 for full 5 piece set or individual window supply on request. One of the best weight savings for your 914 where it is high in the body for that full race car GT perfromance. (Perspex is stiffer, more optically accurate, more UV stable and more scratch resistant than polycarbonate sheet)
PM me your email address if you want any specific pictures.

Some body must be interested in making a GT ? (Even in a future life)
Think of the kudos !
Some of these parts don't come available very often especially when several of them are new and unused.

hi its liam who bought your rear calipers which are, by the way, fantastic. I'm looking for some wing mirrors urgently, a side light lens, various seals and am curious about thes bumpers and valances. I don't think they will fit correctly without the gt arches and sills. Am i right only my chrome bumpers and particularly the rubber tops are a bit tatty and would like some new ones.
