A day with the impactbumper lads ... in car footage

Post by hot66 »

Spent an enjoyable Sunday with the lads from www.impactbumpers.com on their 1st Northern Meet.

We all met @ Skipton & drove Via Settle & the Ribblehead to Hawes. I had forgotton how quick a 930 is  8)

Now I have a new camera mount i thought I'd do some filming , so here is my first video where the camera stays pointing the direction it should ;)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXJzulru57s

I went my own way after Hawes & did the buttertubs .... video to follow soon ;)

Very nice James, I see that the roads still had a lot of salt on them :(

I know, the roads up on the tops were coated in salt.

When I got back, told the wife I was justing going to wash the car & I'll be back in in 5 mins ;) 1 1/2 hours later & the car was salt free :)

Very cool video James... some sneaky overtaking was done by the red 911 your were following.

Loved the commentary by your kid   at first I thought she was saying 'why are you going so slow?'

Nice drive and awesome roads... 8)

BTW: your old Cabrio was at VolksWorld show and it looked great.
