Chris, love the seat brackets! But seriously, are you using the forward tilt brackets or fixed? I have been in touch with the seat rep here in the states. Turns out they are about 5 miles from my shop. Tried to meet one day at their warehouse, but something came up at the last minute and had to canc...

Viv, good to hear you are progressing. Please post up some pics when you have time. I have been kicking around the idea of converting my 12 to an 11. Cheers.

Max, thanks for the comments. Stoddard has some for the front but back appear to be NLA. Plus they are expensive given what they are. I may buy some and put them away, but realistically, who would bother after the car has been painted etc.

68 fender markers

So how bad of a sin would it be for me to delete the 68 only reflectors? My car is missing them. The holes are still there, but the markers are long gone. I do not like the way they look, but I fear that I would be hurting the future value or am I over thinking it?

Paint looks great. I see you have a center exit exhaust on your other 912. Can you tell me about that? I was thinking about some sort of sport exhaust for my 68 912. Thanks and keep on posting.

The new 6" is also slightly different to the original and may be mistaken for a repro  Why do they do that? Can't they see they're shooting themselves in the foot? Or am I missing something :?: yea, you would think that if they were going to reproduce them, why would it not be exactly a...

Pic looks nice. What are the differences? Once you have the used wheels refinished, I would think the price would be closer to the new?

Thanks Mark :) I only had a point and shoot at the time, but was pleased with the way it came out. I was really inspired at the time by a shot i'd seen of jamie lipmans (also on here) old 911 in a garage with it's lights glowing in the dark from a long exposure - that was a very cool shot! Cheers, ...

I have visited that site before. There is a rep here in the states that sells this brand of seats and they are actually located in our state. I did not see the exact seat shown here on their site though? The seat in this build has holes cut out for the seat belts, those on the site are all solid. I ...

My 68-912, there are an extra set of angled captured bolt holes mounted on the rear package tray hidden under the trim. They look exactly like the ones on the floor near the door jamb. These could be used for a third mounting point for rear seat belts. Having issues with posting pics. Rear shelf: ht...
