Last year I couldn't make it there before 12 noon as had other commitments in the morning and was very disappointed to find that the majority of cars were leaving by 2pm! Spotted parked up in Alderney Street in Pimlico last night at about 5:45pm. I was walking along Warwick Way whilst the driver was sat in the car chatting on the phone.
