Ski Racks on a 911
Hi all, festive greetings to one and all
I have a vague memory at the best of times but I seem to remember seeing photo's of 911's in period (1970's) wearing luggage racks and or Ski racks on the roof.
Do such things exist? and does anyone have any photo's
regards
Mike

Mike ,
I saw this Targa in the for sale section on Pelican. This is a better ski rack, don't know if this type is Targa only though. How cool is that !

Thats the one I saw in the 70's ! very cool and probably better aerodynamically as the ski's lie lower over the back of the car rather than giving you an extra wing!
Also they do look soo very cool
