911 R front light units

Post by haasad »

I'm still hunting for either inspiration as to what side and indicator lamps I could use to replicate 911R type fronts or a supplier for relica ones.

Any bright ideas ?

Also I will soon have moulds to create GRP R style lower front wing sections. Assuming they are succesful any takers for moulded sections or moulds to rent?

Andy - the original NSU lamps are almost impossible to find now - I stock these:

911R front lamp 'conversion' (replaces the std indicator/sidelight unit):

This is what they look like on a car (I would leave the horn grille off):

I can also supply the marker lamps (in red/white as shown) :

Price (with marker lams) is £150 pair

Here they are fitted to the front of Keith Seume's Carrera:

Thanks andy,

I already have wings profiled in full to be like an R. I do have your excellent rear lamps however.

The search goes on, some old junkyards could be favourite or perusing my embarrassing collection of old practical classics magazines!!
