Good afternoon,
I've looked on the Design 911 website that show two bushes used in securing the throttle rod inside the tunnel.
I found those two locations and fitted the bushes.
Can anyone confirm if there should be a third bush?
A couple of YouTube videos mention three bushes and there is a sprung bracket close to the pedal cluster inside the tunnel. Should this have a bush as well?
Many thanks in advance.
Loz

.
I'm just in the process of doing this job on mine - there are 3 ... one by the gearchange coupler, one under the handbrake & the third under the gear lever.
Couldn't believe how expensive they are ... almost a tenner each for a little plastic part !!

Tenner each!! I knocked a few up on the lathe only because I couldn't wait for delivery, but I'm glad I didn't now!Lightweight_911 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 25, 2025 5:34 pm .

The front one...did you find that the metal strap was the wrap around? Or does it go in the sprung clamp?
I put it in the sprung clamp but I think it's causing a slight bind. I'll try and post up a couple of photos.

This is the front one that fits inside a sprung clamp.
The others have the wrap around tabs as in the second photo.
