October Fairmile
There was a great turnout for the September Fairmile meet although there was a considerably higher proportion of wassgekuhlt than luftgekuhlt but I suppose that isn't too surprising. Oh well, one day I might like Bxstrs. Anyways, next Fairmile meet will be on Wednesday 20th October from 6 ish onwards. And the Fairmile is on the A307 Portsmouth Road just East of Cobham, Surrey. I'll be 356ing it so I might be a bit late but we'll see you there.

If there's a DDK contingent going (to The Fairmile, not to see Roger) I'll come up

Re: October Fairmile
Nightmare evening for me, came back from a little shopping trip, went to put stuff into freezer, found our 1 month old freezer had stopped working, tried but possibly will have to bung all the existing grub away. Angry trip to Currys tomorrow.
And I was going to take the 356 darn it

Re: October Fairmile
I went but there were no porsches there and no one that I recognised so I had a quick drink and left. Just as well as the weather later was really awful
Very different to last month. The lawn was fenced off and it was dark and wet and not at all crowded
