i cant bear Harry's Garage. I was going to say he is quite the most tedious presenter both in terms of content and style and manages to suck virtually all interest out of any subject, but that would be rude, so i wont.

What am i missing?

I’m with James. It must be an age thing! He has good content and it’s not all about how much it’s worth etc. His drive of a SWB Quattro was great fun. A true petrolhead with his little lancia and he does some great driving films. Compared to the other youtubers who all start with ‘ hi guys’ , he has the most credibility. Hoovies garage is sometimes worth a watch. I also like Ratarossa. As the title implies a rat rod testaRossa as well as a host of other old Ferrari’s that he works on himself in his garage. He’s got a RHD 911T that he wants to restore which is pretty rough.

Of all the car vloggers out there Harry is by far the best! Totally normal guy who gives a great insight into the car without any crap....

Ian Tyrrell who's just started is in a similer vein to Harry, no side to him and great cars so far.

Chris Harris was ok until he got on top Gear, now plays up to the camera too much.

If you want sleazy, bling, slimeball, cringworthy type stuff go with, Shmee150, MrJWW, RataTosser, Supercars of London or Seen Through Glass.... :pukeleft:

This is my view too.

I want journalists to excite me and give me new insight into how it feels to drive and own cars that I’ll never drive or own. Somehow, despite all his experience he manages neither.

Give the Car Pervert / Fifth Gear guy in that Swindon Engines vid access to the same cars and they’d come alive with so much more warmth, honesty and passion.

Only the cars make Harry worth watching.

I don’t doubt I’d have read and loved an LJKS article about drying paint. Imagine how glorious he’d be on YouTube.

I agree with you Mike but rather than normal do mean humble?

Can we all agree he is better than Supercar Blonde? How does she get access to cars??

By the very nature of the electric car video, it was always going to be all graphs and figures.
However, most of Harry's stuff is very watchable. He's down to earth and doesn't
find it necessary to pull silly faces, scream hysterically for no apparent reason or attempt to be
amusing with every word he says.
His Ian Tyrrell Espada engine rebuild was fascinating. I had no idea that the Miura engine was built to
a higher spec than the Espada.
We've had 25 years of shouty, jokey, car presenter 'personalities' . It's time to move on.
