914/6 Cable hanger and clamps

Hi,

I have just installed a 6 cylinder engine in my 914 and I am in the process of connecting everything up. I have a 'suspension strap' for the clutch cable I believe and a 'clamp' for the throttle cable? but I have no idea where these should be located or fastened to on the underside of the engine. Any advice or photo's would be much appreciated.

I am also missing a tab washer from the end of the clutch cable which I believe locates it to the pivot housing. Does anyone know if these are available anywhere in the UK before I look further afield.
