The difficult choice will be whether to see the riders out on the road or soak up the atmosphere at the stage start/finish.
If there's a big climb involved then that's the place to be as you can see individual riders.
Stage finish is good though, with lots of razzamatazz - I caught a stage finish in St Malo a good few years ago (30?) and the atmosphere was electric

As us locals all know the back roads , we should in theory be able to do bothMick Cliff wrote:The difficult choice will be whether to see the riders out on the road or soak up the atmosphere at the stage start/finish.

Decision for me will be wether to take the Landy & park it on one of the climbs, along with chairs & a camping stove etc .then trundle along to the finish .. or wether to cycle out and watch them go past

DDK camping in the upper field James? I hear the lower field floods.
We could all ride out to the route from there.
