NEW- Brand new Fan shrouds now available

Post by Alan @ CanfordClassics »

Hi,

New fan shrouds have not be available from Porsche for some time and anyone rebuilding their engine or detailing their engine bay know how difficult it is to make the old ones look good, and most have become damaged over time.

We have just made a batch of new fiberglass shrouds, currently in “Green” to match those used on the E engines and “Red” for those used on the S engines, but any colour could be used, ie T engines or a colour of your choice for an extra fee.

We can supply shrouds to suit 2.0ltr motor and then those used from 2.4 engine up, either with carb or injection. Anyone with a 2.2 can simply use the 2.4 version which just has a few minor differences. The 2.0 ltr version includes the inner deflectors, and the 2.4 includes a new inner metal deflector and also a new rear section which covers the oil cooler (see pics below)

Price (plus VAT)
2.0 ltr version £250 (red, green or black)
2.4 ltr version £270 (red green or black)

RSR style lightweight versions will be available soon as will the other sections of tin-ware in lightweight. £ to be confirmed.

Thanks

Alan

Hi.

Here are some pictures of the first lightweight style (RSR) shrouds, this is in the 2.4 version (ie those used from 72) but we are making these in the earlier 2.0 ltr version. I wanted to add some pics as soon as it was finished which was today

Price for this (clear version) is £230-250. We will have all the other tin ware sections finished in a few weeks.

Thanks

Alan

Hi Saxon,

At the moment we have not made a 2.2 mould and would simply use the 2.4 version which is very similar bar the shorter seperate section.

Thanks
