Yes - & this statement in Bonham's decsription (no doubt supplied by the owner) :
"Porsche factory chassis plate bearing the number ‘911 360 1316’ has been welded into the replacement bodyshell"
is a blatant lie - the VIN has been stamped by someone (other than the Factory) using the incorrect dies...

re the little E - its been on sale on Car & Classic for some time at £19k - didn't the dealer in Essex post some comment on his website about supplying more information to DDK members that had been enquiring about the car .....?!?! I don't think he ever did !
Seems a good price but beware of bargains - and Car dealers!!

Note that the "E" is on carbs. There has to be a reason that the car is estimated as being low priced for an E. It looks like a car I viewed about a year ago , from a private ad, advertised as a 2.4 T, and was not a nice car, it also had a strange history as far as it's I.D. went. Maybe subsequently the I.D has been manipulated once more to try and clean it up it's history and make it more saleable ?
Not saying that this is definitely the same car, but buyer beware

Yes beware, The rs replica is advertised as RHD, by this dealer but has been badly converted from LHD. I viewed this car in hull for 6k a couple of months ago.

dont forget that there is a buyers premium on top of the sales price
15% on the first £30K 10% on the balance all then subject to VAT
so thats another £5175 on a £30K hammer price.
The older restoratuion Paragon Porsche 356a was advertised at £40K and peresumably a "Deal" was negotiated and car sold with some sort of comeback
so I think £30K top estimate is in line with the market
Just my opinion fwiw
