porsche 914 Gulf Racing colours (SOLD)

Post by bishbosh77 »

Unfortunately we have to sell our well loved 914 due to being made redundant so a more practical car is needed (might possibly px for small van or car :(

It's a 1972 with a 2.0 engine, Fuchs wheels with nearly new Toyo tyres on.
I've just had it mot'd so it's got 12 months on it. 75,000 miles on it
I've only had it a few months but it's awesome to drive!

The colours look great when polished up, obviously it's not perfect, battery tray needs doing and the bit below the windscreen needs doing also.

I got it valued for my insurers and it got a £4000 valuation (guy that did it has had a couple of 914's)

I'm selling it for £3000

Any questions feel free to pm me, and if anyone wants more pictures then i'm happy to take some more.

This is a practical PX and you could still have a Porsche

Has the battery acid eaten a hole in the main chassis?

It may have an MOT now but if the chassis is holed then it IS an MOT failure as its well within 12" of a chassis point. (Sorry to say).

Having repaired 2 hell holes now myself I know how expensive a repair this can be.
