Nice day yesterday, took the purple fella to a local car club breakfast meet then had a blast up the A12 to Colchester Porsche.
Had a chat with the sales man re cars various who was then good enough to give me a close look at a customers car they had on display in a glass enclosure. Black R18 in martini livery. Wow what a piece of kit just stunning, However I think he said the price tag was around £750K.
Hhhmmm maybe next year :?

Went to Oulton Park for the historic races and to R9 of the PCGB reserved area. 7 early car there!
Arfur's T, a fab dark blue 911S 1972 (DDK sticker), John's v. rare 73 Targa S RHD and me in the Bitza.

Still have the 'mis-fire/mis injection from 2800 to 3200 and then the engine runs great.

Went out for a drive in the 964, I still have the sun roof felts to fit! I caught up to a 14 plate 911 Targa 4S and followed for a few miles.

Checked all the ignition for this bloody mid range rough running today.
Changed the silencer back to my race 2 in / 3 out to see if it it a silencer resonance, but still seems to be there.

Going to use a Guyson colour tune tomorrow night on each cylinder to see what the colours are.
If all are petrol blue at 3K then I'm stumped..

Busy weekend and done.

Time to join in the Carcoon vs Airchamber vs Cair-O-Port thread as I need something to keep the car in as a dehumidifier is not an option here.

Ha yes it does fit, honest. Obviously minus the chest freezer currently in there.

I'd prefer not to have a rock face as there is 20 foot of it above the garage and it's not the most solid I have ever seen but space is at a premium down my road and this was a previous owners solution to getting more space in the only way possible.

Gave the car a quick once over after the trip to Oulton Park on Sunday - glad I didn't go again on Monday, then put my new 2014/2015 sticker on the window.

Thanks to Graham for the photo of three of our cars - I arrived at Oulton Park without my camera.
