Have you looked at the MOT history on it, it has failed nearly ever MOT since the so called rebuild in 2005 with the last in 2022 saying rust visible everywhere. https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/re ... calls=true
The mot history on the red ones interesting - I've found the 924 needs to be seriously abused for it to start failing like that. Galvanized from factory and rarely suffering from rust/rot like the 944s do they put up with neglect quite well. Saved mine from going down that route before 12 years ago now. Recently added 20mm on the rear to fill the arches since lowering it and I think it sits just about right
