Renntag by Wheels Up North
Hi All
This might be interesting...
My 550 'Rep' was used in the photo shoot so I'll do my best (rain permitting) to be here.
I thought it might also be of interest to some or any of us in the North West (or East for that matter) to pop along.
https://www.wheelsupnorthrenntag.co.uk/
Goes without saying I have no connection with 'Wheels Up North' other than having attended a few of their other events.
All the best

Re: Renntag by Wheels Up North
Hi James
As far as I know this is a Porsche only show but with a section set aside for super cars Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren etc. It seems to be a joint project set up by Wheels Up North and the Porsche South Lakes OPC (what's use to be Parker's the UK oldest Porsche agency)...
I can't help thinking it would be nice to see a few DDK'ers turn up (after all who want's to see a field full of modern 'kettles'..lol) mainly as its just down the road from me, that and the fact 'WupN' have always made my 'Rep' very welcome at other shows...
All the best

Re: Renntag by Wheels Up North
Just back from this, and thought it was great.
It was very well organised, toilets in the right place, food was spot on, chilled. Ian your car looked great!
I hope it grows, it would be good to have something big up north.

Re: Renntag by Wheels Up North
Hi All
Sorry to say I’d didn’t get a chance to say ‘Hi’ to anyone…
There were a few nice older cars, a very pretty yellow ‘E’ Targa and a couple of lovely 914s but my car of the day was this one…

I didn’t take a lot of pics but the detail on a father & son built ‘back date’ caught my eye…

Oh and I never miss an opportunity to post a pic is my ‘rep’ so…

All the best
