Thornley Kelham

Post by Thornley Kelham »

Hi, I'm James, and I work at Thornley Kelham in purchasing, logistics, stock control and currently... parts sales.

We specialize in restoration and building restomods, including Porsche 911s and 356s. Occasionally, this means we end up with leftover parts to sell that we’d love to see find their way back into the hands of passionate enthusiasts.

On Darren Thompkins' recommendation, I’ve joined DDK to help facilitate this. Looking forward to connecting and sharing some great parts with fellow enthusiasts!

My father was a salesman for AFN Porsche in Chelsea in the 1980s and early 90s so one day I'm hoping to own a 964 or 993 which it's starting to feel unrealistic! For now I drive a M340i wagon until I win the lottery :-P

Ah, Thornley Kelham - probably the most impressive operation I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Awesome work! Say hi to Simon from me. 😎

.

Welcome to DDK James !

Agree with Keith's comments - some amazing work going on there & a variety of stunning cars - before my visit I hadn't realised what an extensive set-up it is ...

Appears you have someone that used to work with Barry Curtis. Legendary 356 man. Barry's son is a forum member.

Welcome.
