Wires from peddle cluster?

Hello,

Just had a new battery starter cable fitted to the car. Got the car back and found two wires laying on floor of car,

Seem to go back of peddles into switch?

Where would they normally connect too ?

What colours are the wires?
Brake lights are black with a yellow tracer
Brake failure light is brown with a white tracer and a brown wire
Handbrake warning light is brown and white tracer and a brown wire

That’s most of the wires in that area identified.

If you need a hand I am not too far away from you. The 1969 cars a a little odd with wiring!

I need to look but they look black and red in the picture. Two wires coming from the rear of the peddle switch. I presume they run through the tunnel.

Need to find some time to investigate further.
