1973 RHD Targa Brochure

Post by fcd911 »

I just came across this whilst having a sort out. I had forgotten that I had it - a “brochure” for the one year only 1973 MY RHD Targa. I assume given so few RHD Targas came into the UK that they thought it was not worth doing anything glossier!! – Dated 29/01/73

I have a one pager with a real photo and an original print of the official press photo with the rubber stamp of PCGB/AFN preferred photographer on the reverse. Not sure how many rhd targa sold in Britain when it finally came out in rhd form but can’t be many as don’t think were delivered at beginning of model year 73 and all done on pre-impact form by end of summer. I suppose the literature if rare should be on a one year only rhd targa car’s files not on my shelf gathering dust.
