Recommendation for Carpets

Post by Prav »

Hi,

Just about to pull the trigger on ordering a set of replacement carpet set for a 1970 911 Targa. Was going to go for the Lakewell option (Haargan Velour) - I see that Design 911 and Type911 also offer a high quality carpet set.

Any views on the local options versus Lakewell?

Many thanks

Hi,

I have been recommended by my body shop that does high quality restorations to go to cabrio.de as a great source of carpet sets.
They are German-based, but are also happy to send you free samples of the chosen material / color you want.

I have not yet pulled the trigger, but will do so for my car in due course.
