Due to the way we are booking our camping & tickets, I need full final payment asap to secure your place , payable to me via bank transfer . I will be closing the book at the end of March as that is when I need to pay Travel Destinations. I will be booking and paying TD for this on behalf of the club on a non commercial basis. This way we save about £150 pp over booking direct individually .

For those not with us in 2018 the DDK Camping area is within the private Travel Destinations site at Porsche Curves.
DDK have an allocation of 1000 sqm for camping in which we can use as we wish with options to have a central area to meet up, barbeque and socialise. I've estimated this will be a comfortable size for upto 35 cars with a couple of tents per car if needed. We wont have a structured layout so just need to make sure the cars are parked so we can move on and off site as we want ( to go and view at Mulsanne / Arnage etc. ) . To note , there wont be any officially organised DDK things as I'm also there to enjoy myself, all that is being provided is a group camping area and access to all the TD facilities. Please feel free to organise get togethers etc. Saying that, we will organise a Friday morning meet up at Mulsanne corner car park ( we used to do this on the track but recent years theyve closed the track Thursday )
This site has 24 hr security with private showers and toilets just for use by the TD campsite and we have the added benefit of using the Travel Destinations on site Bar & Restaurant facilities, and of course exclusive track viewing at the famous Porsche Curves.
Costs are as follows to include your pitch, general admission tickets and paddock passes + INCLUDE parking pass for Arnage & Mulsanne corners ( viewing the racing at dusk is a MUST do thing for CLM
) NOTE : THESE PRICES ARE CALCULATED ON THERE BEING 26 CAMPING PLOTS BOOKED. ANY LESS AND UNFORTUNATELY THERE WILL BE A SLIGHT UPLIFT IN THE PRICE. ANY MORE AND WE CAN EITHER RETURN A BIT OF MONEY OR COLLECTIVELY THINK OF SOMETHING ELSE FOR THE EXCESS.

We can accomodate small VW T5 sized campervans on the same rates . Anything bigger would need to book direct with TD.
Grandstands .. best top book these individually with TD or online with the event itself.

Campsite opens on Thursday 30th June and closes on Monday 4th July at 12noon. Pitches are NOT marked out so can setup wherever suits you and your friends.
