All that work and effort for this result, from a fames hot rod builder it says.
Someone will buy it for the fact it is s gross and then it will be lost in a factory unit for a long time.
So a great outcome. :)

Lovely, worth watching the video - seems to have a DDK tax disc holder :)
In the time I was watching, the bids went up by £10k...

This one's interesting not for the car, but because it's the first time I've seen an asking price in bitcoin; 1 bitcoin or $75k. Google tells me 1 bitcoin is worth $56k, so it's $19k cheaper if you have bitcoin, what's in it for the seller?

Not sure what 'If bitcoin exceeds $75k I will not sell my 356' means? Would have thought that would mean a better sale price in dollars?

I always wonder how successful the 'don’t waist [sic] my time' sales patter is...
maverick
noun

2. an unbranded calf or yearling.
Origin mid 19th century: from the name of Samuel A. Maverick (1803–70), a Texas rancher who did not brand his cattle.

This is David Slaney’s car, who sadly passed away recently and I think did spend time on here. It’s a lovely car and I hope the fact it’s on a less well known auction site doesn’t adversely what it raises for his estate.

It is pictured in a 5 page article in this month’s 911&PW, which whilst it features the other car mostly, certainly gets plenty of exposure to the car and the business. Hope it does well.
