I guess you’ve cut the 911 engine mount off the new crossmember, but does anything brace the corner to the longitudinal on a 912?Hebster52 wrote:

Built a set of weldingclamps to make the fitting of the flares easier..

Prefitted the flares. Next is to cut off the original arches.

Yesterday weather was superb so I decided to start working on the panels. Repaired the rust issue between left headlight and new wheel arch.

Finally some time on this. Fitted the torsionbarhole backdated plate I have made.
Spotwelded. Fully welded later.
After this I cut out the original narrowbody wheelarch while fixating the flare with clamps during the process.
