Hasn't this been around for a while now, track day cars rather than road cars?
Whatever, a very poor state of affairs.
Also read about GT4 gearboxes shredding 3rd gears and Porsche doing a recall. The gear is welded to the shaft, not splined.
Shouldn't all these things have been sorted before production?

From a purely selfish point of view this photo turns me on and I don’t mind admitting it.
This is the reason I have a passion for these cars and one reason why I joined the Ddk ranks 15 years ago (goodness me!). I love originality. I know it’s sad but if anyone else gets a twinge in their underbelly from this pic I have more. Otherwise I would just keep looking at the superstructure of those lovely girls that appear on this thread from time to time and leave me to drool over floor pans. And that is not rust, it’s cosmoline.
