wiring question
Can someone confirm the correct wire size for the feed from the Battery to the starter motor. I can see the earth lead is 16mm2. I have a preference for 35mm2 but don't want to under or over do it.

I don't have your answer but 35mm2, would be a copper core (multi stranded) of 6.7mm in diameter, which seems reasonable. I believe the correct answer would be on the wiring diagram...as certainly for the other a/c porsche wiring diagram, those figures are written on them (the diameter of the wire core)
The calculation for cross sectional area is PIE/4*d^2 (0.7854*d^2). I use it all the time for pipe flow (i.e flow/area = velocity)
