Windows 10 and Google. For me if that helps.

And to post this it gave No past mode Selected.
Submitted again, all is well.

I posted this particular message on my iPad.
Does just the same on my PC.

It's not going to be an easy fix and you may need to change some settings yourself but I'll be back to you.

Safari on a Mac for me, seems to happen randomly though.

In fact it just happened then, I just press the back button and then submit again and it works the second time

For some reason the Summer Time setting seems to have caused this
