I'm pretty sure now that everything that could have rusted has now been replaced (bunch of new parts on order from Porsche for the suspension). Just goes to show how easy it is to buy a car with all this covered up. It was pre-purchase inspected by Andy Mudd who thought it was a good solid car.
I guess the upside is that I now know (thanks to Moss pulling the whole bloody thing apart) that I've got a properly sorted car. Just hope I can afford to keep it when the bills stop rolling in. I'd got plans to fit Jenveys and some evil cams next year, but I think that might have to wait a few years now.
Went to see the car back in Nov. Took some photos. There are quite a few pics of the re-trimming to show, but Nick hasn't sent them to me yet. Anyways, here's what it looked like then....

Hopefully there are some pictures of the dash backdate going in...when Nick sends them over. This thread's gone a bit out of chronological order, but couldn't resist posting these. The side decals are from Mr Bootsy himself.
