As per my earlier post we will finalise the list a couple of weeks before the event to try to minimise the dropout rate. Give me your friends name and I will add it to the provisional list.
Keep an eye on this thread in a couple of weeks time as I will ask all those that have registered interest to confirm their attendance and then we will organise despatch of all passes via an SAE.
In past years when 12 passes are issued and only 5 or 6 attend the organisers have been reluctant to provide the same quantity the following year.
