Does anyone know if a 73E should have the chrome 911E badge in front of the passenger on the dash strip. If so does anyone have one for sale? Please pm if so...

They weren't Factory-fitted after '71 (when basketweave was superceded) but the holes were still there under the vinyl so some later cars had them fitted by owners.

Hi Adam,
Should you decide you do need it, please let me know - I'll send it to you (no charge - good karma following your help with the seat bits).
I bought Mike's trim bit but don't need the 911E badge. Could do with a 911S badge though, if anyone has a good one.
Cheers, Richard.

You are correct guys, apologies. I have my part correctly advertised as a 69-71 dash piece and for some reason lost track Adam's is a 73. They all look the same on the jig at at Barry's.

Regards
Mike

Sorry Garry, freebie was for Adam - I owe him.
Happy to swap for an S version, or I'm sure we could barter other goods or services in due course. I know you like a barter!
Cheers, Richard.
