Just got great service from the chaps at Classics at the Castle. I couldn't find my email. I searched all of my accounts to check for a payment and was being to doubt I had bought tickets but I sent am email asking them to check. I got a reply from Fred who forwarded my question to the correct email address and a couple of hours later my confirmation email was reset!
