Where would I get?
I'm looking to get a aluminium plate made up to put my cars details on. Chesil have a nice one mounted in the front which is black/gold printed over brushed aluminium. Any ideas where I could get one made?
No you aren't imagining things, the cow did blink!

Stoddards in the US and Roger Bray in the UK - repro's of the originals.
What you want is the "Chassis Plaque" - Drauz Karosserie [ self explanatory ] for Convertible D and Roadster . Reutter/ Karmann Karosserie - for "All the others", and D'Ieteren Freres SA for Late Roadster [ T6] and Cabs. Guess "your" model would be Reutter / Karmann.
Then simply stamp / engrave your own ID.
Paint Ident plaques - "Kunstharzlack" [ Reutter paint ID # ].
