For anyone interested this car is now being marketed at £49,595...
I haven't seen it since I started this post but will go see next Saturday if you would like to know anything specific.

If you mean I'm now tempted, I'm not...
Or do you mean the price?
Going to look at something else.

Re: '73T US spec CIS
Price - I was just commenting that it seems to have appreciated a lot in a year!
Still looks a very sound car for somebody but at that new price it would need to be very special!

The seller always talked of £50K, but has now put a sticker on the windscreen. I was never going to be £30K

New owner might find these useful. Original factory service documents.

Put the CIS system on a shelf and stick on a pair of PMOs and it might almost be worth it.Nick Moss wrote:The seller always talked of £50K, but has now put a sticker on the windscreen. I was never going to be £30K

Regarding the above books etc, I think I may have one but would be interested in the others. All my possessions are currently in a van enroute to Cambridge so I can't check what it is I have until later in the week. If you still have these, could you hold them for me until I can confirm which I want?
Simon.

Simon

I don't think so Sam. Simon is moving to Cambridge, not Norwich.

Re: '73T US spec CIS
I am looking for a copy of the CIS troubleshooting guide if anyone has one.
I am thinking of taking the Webber's off mine and going back to the original CIS, am I mad?

Re: '73T US spec CIS
Slightly deranged I'd say. You know you are getting there when you convert it to a Bitzracing EFI setup. Seriously underrated conversion. I ran one of these setups for years without a hitch then had the urge for ITB's and EFI. Thats when you know you've got it bad.kitesurfer2 wrote:I am looking for a copy of the CIS troubleshooting guide if anyone has one.

1979 SC Targa - Long term project - in storage - purchased 10/16 - last looked at it in 08/18..
Fascinated with 911 seats and induction systems!
Previously
1973 911T in Gulf Blue (with 2.4E ITB's, EFI and EDIS) - from 07 till 16. Sorely missed.
