That's a cool idea, I like....you can always swap to twin Behrs at a later date. It looks like it would be relatively simple to do?

Received a package all the way from Mexico today (very neat hand writing! )…...

Image

….inside was one very cool 'personalised' gear knob along with a surprise gift! :) …the sticker will find it's way onto the front of a fibreglass bonnet in the not too distant future….

Image

…had to try it….looks sweet in the E and works nicely with the Pepita seats although obviously I couldn't use it in this car as it's been configured for a RHD vehicle….

Image

…...Manuel Campuzano is a great guy to deal with….when I asked if he could make me a black 908 style balsa gear knob he went out of his way to meet my wishes, tracking down a nice piece of ebony wood from the only guitar maker in downtown Mexico City…after numerous emails, options and choices I was able to get exactly what I had in mind. Top quality too! :) ….thanks Manuel.

Lots of choice here if you're looking for something similar…. http://www.early911sregistry.org/forums ... Wood-Knobs

Manuel is a man of many talents - he's produced a wide variety of well-executed products over the years ... all offered at sensible prices.

Definitely one of the good guys !
