Fuel tank sender
Hi all
As part of my gradual restoration, I've got a nice new tank for my car and wondered what everyone's thoughts on the fuel tank sender was. Is it worth trying to restore and swap over the old one, or is a new shiny one available (ps pic of old one above)?

Re: Fuel tank sender
Steve, take it out and take a look inside. It should be simple enough to clean it up and use again.
If not they are available new for - I think - about £110. So, worth trying...

Re: Fuel tank sender
You'll need a sender and a new rubber seal, both of which I got from my local OPC for under £100 delivered, inc PCGB discount.
That said, if it ain't broke...
