No excuses. :)
Hendrik

Yeah I know, knew I would be too tired to drive in the dark after a 4am start for work. Will man up for my next venture down to Silverstone.

At this point in time we are going to have to close the book as we feel that we are already oversubscribed. We will now work with Tayside Lodges to see how we can accommodate 80+ people and 48 cars! We will start a new post soon with indicative prices and looking for a non-returnable deposit.

The silence is deafening :clock:

Whilst the rain's been pouring down and the wind's been whistling round the house over the Christmas break, has anyone else found themselves thinking about long summer days driving in Scotland or is it just me

We cannot go ahead Andrew until the Ferryman and Nick Moss put their names down on the list. Won't be the same without them.

Hi Brendan/ Mike

Arriving fashionably late to the party, only just heard about the return of the Scottish tour,
Can't believe the last one was 2007 OMG.
Really should spend more time on the forums.
Would love to get added to the list with a + 1 if space becomes available.

Best Regards
Cheers Al

Hi Brendan/ Mike

Due to a change of circumstances in August it seems we could do this after all.

Is it possible to be added + 1 as a reserve in-case any places become available?

Thanks

But , think of all those who have never been on a Scottish road trip ;)

Interestingly, when heading up to Tan Hill the other weekend with the group of Northern DDKers , non of them had been up there or had stopped over at the CB Inn ( remember that place from previous DDK Yorkshire events? )

Point being, we forget how DDK has changed and grown over the years and how many new members there are that missed all those original trips .... It s going to be good one this year ;)

Indeed, there has been quite an influx of fresh blood on DDK and long my the passion spread.

Speaking of Tarn Inn: a good friend decided to have her wedding breakfast there. I had to promise not to do a 360 degree skid when coming!

Hi mike/Brendan
Can you please confirm whether or not you're thinking of taking in Bealach na ba on the routes or not? I've no idea if it's too far away or what. It's just if you're not doing it were going to take an extra day and do it. No pressure - she's just asking as she's cycled it and loved it
