so sorry to have missed you at the weekend.. only as i was leaving did i see mr moss.. a friend was driving my 3.6t on the other side of the castle and i had to meet him for the drive of shame down the hill to the entrance where had 3 x 996 gt3 rs waiting to convoy home.
appreciate the kind comments re bLimey, been a few years now since the resto (way before i bought it) and few bits still need sorting, leaky sunroof, correct seat cloth (bought but not fitted!)
did we really fool the announcer with the tongue in cheek plate? letter from jurgen barth to paul howells says its an RS, who am i to argue!?
every time i drive it just gets better and better and 3rd gear thru dartford tunnel on ssi's and sport box was worth the journey alone!
my 75 carrera widebody resto is taking longer than anticipated.. but all good things come to those who wait?! as you noted nearly a year ago, look forward to the over spend.. no SH T!
