On my last Essen trip I managed to find a set of engine bay stickers (for the rear crossmember) and the 'Shell Oils' label for the airbox.

I don't think adhesive technology was good enough in the early 70s to stick badges onto 911s. GRP creates it's own problems as the pins would have to be much longer to get through the relatively thick matting, hence the decals (?)Why would they list a badge for the fiberglass 'spoiler' lid and the steel 'flat' lid as different part numbers?
Why don’t they list a metal badge that is affixed with glue?
