Heading to Charante, any Porsche & classics to look for?

Post by Neill W »

Heading down to France to the Charente for a break next week, sadly won't be able to coincide with the Tour Des Remparts, but was wondering if anyone has any thoughts of Porsche or classic car / historic race track / motorsport stuff worth looking up while I'm down there?

Family quite happy sitting in the sun, but after a few days I get bored... :-)

Neill

Sorry may not be quite what you were after but if you are passing these could kill a few minutes.

AR Sport outside La Rochelle next to main road so not a big detour - had a few early 911s in work/for sale when I was last there.

Autocadeaux had shop selling "stuff" right on harbour in centre of St Martin on the Isle de Re not sure if shop still there or web only now. Did buy a 911 book there!

Get a copy of Flat 6 or Speedster mag there may be some other happenings.
