Looking great Darren - let's hope that an early 911 'ticks all the boxes' for you after all the time/effort/expense ...

Great news Darren and a lovely looking car. Just wait until you drive it ........ I've just come back from a couple of very sunny days driving in Wales and these cars are perfect for the roads there. Get yourself to Wales and perhaps I'll see you there or definitely on the DDK tour.
Well done.
Well done.
The force is strong in this one ......

Re: 1973 2.4E Restoration
I remember my very first drive in a 911. It was a 2 litre E in 1974.......September. , Milngavie, conditions, dry sunny crisp, throttle response unbelievable.... Sound, magnificent and the smell of a 911 is like no other car. I can remember that day soooooo vividly.
Oh yes Darren, you will remember your first drive all right.!
Enjoy, drink in, file away in the memory bank and recall over a beer in years to come and the person opposite you will say "what are you grinning at?".
Regards
Mike
