Partially undressed motor after top-end rebuild...

...heads after 3 corner valve regrind

Also decided to renovate my guages as detailed in one of the Pelican tech articles. Well worth the effort..

Gav, whats the colour? mine is due in the paint shop if work ever slows down enough to get it there. I am going for yellow but cant make up my mind which shade yours look great.

I think Gav's car is Bahama yellow - quality 60's colour.

Yep the colour is currently bahama. The paint looks a lot tidier in the photos than in real life... I guess at the moment its got the "rat look" as the vdub crowd would say. But hey, I think thats pretty cool for now and have no real plans to paint it just yet. I got hold of some flying pegasus decals from Bootsey which I think work quite well with the colour too:

Actually bahama is not the original paint, as it has Signal Yellow underneath. Someone obviously wanted to tone it down a bit a few years ago!
