I don't have any pictures but built a Baja Bug about 1980. Yellow with white Wellers, two buckets and plain black inside, all the right bits 2.1 litres downdrafts etc etc. I sold it to a VW dealer for promo use Any one remember any likely contenders I'd love to know what happened to it?

Christ, just realised this was mine at some point, '88 perhaps... I swapped a samba for it then Ritchie lowered it - first type 2 he'd done supposedly. Sold it to 'Mark of Islington'. It's all a bit foggy now... do remember there wasn't a lot of steel in that chassis though.Jmc wrote:That's me looking rather aryan.
