I don't have any pictures but built a Baja Bug about 1980. Yellow with white Wellers, two buckets and plain black inside, all the right bits 2.1 litres downdrafts etc etc. I sold it to a VW dealer for promo use Any one remember any likely contenders I'd love to know what happened to it?

Used to sit on plastic seat covers to go to shows so that it didn't mark :oops:

Christ, just realised this was mine at some point, '88 perhaps... I swapped a samba for it then Ritchie lowered it - first type 2 he'd done supposedly. Sold it to 'Mark of Islington'. It's all a bit foggy now... do remember there wasn't a lot of steel in that chassis though.
